With strong sales and demand for its products Topline Pools and Wellness enjoyed a highly successful year in 2023 as the health and wellness industry continued to grow and diversify.
This performance was driven by a combination of new business wins and growth from existing customers and our success underpinned by the support and commitment that we receive from our clients, partners, fellow industry professionals and of course our own employees.
Pleasingly, much of the new work has materialised through recommendation and referral which is testament to the quality of service we’ve been able to deliver and our reputation for delivering on time and on budget.

Our team of highly skilled craftsmen, joiners, tilers, electricians, site managers and service engineers have worked tirelessly to create many remarkable wellness experiences, while our office staff continue to provide exceptional technical support and an enviable after sales service ensuring installations run smoothly all year round. And we have substantially improved and grown our online presence further increasing awareness of our brand and attracting more website traffic and leads than ever before.
Recognised for the quality of our work and our industry-leading expertise, we have built installations for leading hotels, leisure centres, holiday parks and homes across the country, priding ourselves on cost-effective and innovative solutions to all projects, and tackling some rather unusual and challenging design briefs. Recent projects include commercial and domestic swimming pools, leisure complex and specialist spa facility builds, large scale high-profile refurbishment projects and an array of bespoke luxurious thermal experiences.
The successes of the company throughout the year culminated in being presented with several awards including three top category awards at the prestigious UK Pool and Spa Awards.
Consultants, designers and architects are now frequently seeking our advice and foresight to help create wellness experience rooms and a diversity of thermal spa experiences that today’s discerning owners, operators and guests are seeking. Adapting and responding to the changing needs of the spa and wellness industry, we have steadfastly maintained our position at the forefront of wellness design, build, innovation and industry standards as hotels and health spas realise the full potential of investing in dedicated wellness experiences, and in many cases extending their wellness spaces beyond the confines of the hotel or spa itself to incorporate an outdoor spa garden experience.
With an ever-growing demand for this year and next year, we’ve taken on several new staff across all areas of the business, all bringing with them expertise that have helped bolster our team. It’s an exciting time to be involved in the industry, and through effective recruitment we hope to build on this success and further strengthen our wellness offerings in the UK market.
