Technical Design

Working in collaboration with the client, projects are developed through detailed drawings, specifications, renders and supporting documentation. All building and equipment requirements are considered, including recommendations for suitable and durable finishes.

We can help with the design of your pool or wellness facility, either starting from scratch, or by taking your concepts and sketches and refining them into a solid conceptual design that ensures everything fits into the space, includes the often overlooked mechanical spaces and meets all the requirements of your architect, designer or planning department.

We prepare detailed floor plans and sectional elevations and give careful consideration to designing adequate access and tolerances for mechanical, electrical and plumbing connections and interfaces. To help you visualise the finished space we produce 2D CAD drawings, 3D and CGI renders before moving on to construction documentation.
