Commercial Pool Maintenance & Repair
Commercial swimming pools are designed to cater for a large number of users. This can present various challenging conditions from safety and hygiene concerns to increased wear and tear.
Maintaining a commercial swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, spa pool or plunge pool can be a complex and time-consuming task but is of paramount importance to ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Regular maintenance checks and establishing a routine cleaning schedule will address potential issues and is key to preventing health hazards, costly repairs, downtime and loss or revenue. But, the level of care required for a commercial swimming pool extends far beyond that of a domestic pool. Professional swimming pool maintenance offers numerous benefits to ensure a commercial pool runs safely, efficiently, and optimally at all times.

Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance
Commercial Pool Service and Maintenance Contracts
We can provide a total solution for your pool with our Commercial PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) Contracts.
Our engineers carry out maintenance and inspections for all types of commercial swimming pools and undertake all aspects of pool repairs or more in-depth maintenance tasks.
From fault finding and leak repairs to spring commissions and winter close downs, sand changes, water testing and balancing, pump, filter and filtration equipment inspections and even underwater tiling repairs, we can help ensure your swimming pool and plant room equipment run smoothly, efficiently and safely, while ensuring your pool water meets the exacting standards set out in the Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group (PWTAG) Code of Practice to provide a healthy experience for swimmers and bathers.
Domestic Pool Maintenance & Repair
Despite being typically smaller than commercial pools and constructed for personal or private residential use, domestic pools still require regular maintenance and water balance checks to stay clean, safe, and enjoyable.
Ensuring the health, cleanliness and quality of the water goes beyond just vacuuming and netting the pool surface and floor. Regular water testing ensures proper pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels and is crucial to maintaining a safe swimming environment while also protecting your pool equipment from damage and breakdown. Swimming pool chemicals are frequently used to maintain a balanced pH and control bacteria and algae. And it’s vital to understand the risks associated with mixing and storing these substances.

Our pool maintenance and repair service options include:
Emergency call-outs
If you require urgent assistance, we offer an emergency call-out service, which includes a temporary fix if necessary. We will attempt to attend your site within 24 hours of the problem being reported, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Non-urgent call out service
This service is for fault-finding (diagnosing issues with pool equipment or systems), breakdowns (malfunctions or failures of pool components) and non-urgent repairs. Our priority is to get your pool and equipment working again as quickly as possible (minimum call-out fee required. Call out charge per location).
Regular maintenance contracts
We offer service plans designed to suit your maintenance needs and budget. Whether it be weekly, monthly or yearly, single year or multi-year, including or excluding spares, the contract can be as simple or as comprehensive as is needed.
Recommissioning
We recommission pools at the start of the season or after a period of inactivity preparing it for use by removing and storing covers, reassembling all equipment, topping up pool water levels and performing checks and cleaning.
Decommissioning
We can winterise and decommission your swimming pool at the end of the season by fitting pool covers, lowering pool levels and cleaning your pool to ensure it’s ready for use again the following season.
Liner replacement
We can renovate your pool by replacing its liner. We advise that you replace the liner every six to twelve years to avoid your liner getting brittle or cracked and to prevent it from weakening.
Service Calls
You can call our engineers whenever your pool needs servicing.
This option is ideal when you don’t want a regular maintenance contract.
Sand Cleaning
It is now fully understood that silica sand in pool and spa filters does not wear and ‘round off’ as was traditionally thought. The sand is fouled and clogged with bio-film, fats and dirt and eventually the filter becomes tired and inefficient. Cleaning the sand with our Silica Wash chemical product can save up to 80% on the cost of changing and disposing of the existing sand.
Conformance Engineering
To ensure that pool owners and operators meet obligations set out by the Health & Safety Executive and detailed by PWTAG, we offer a range of Conformance Engineering solutions covering the areas of Equipment, Procedures, Training and Service to keep staff and customers compliant and avoid costly fines.
