These cards verify that each member of our team has achieved the recognised level of skill needed to safely and effectively carry out all tasks associated with water based and thermal leisure environments. The skilled worker cards are widely required before staff can work on sites and can only be obtained from an approved training organisation.

Our documentation is produced with the support of PRB Consulting, based in Hailsham, East Sussex (Health and Safety Consultancy also working in the UK rail industry one of the most strict environments to work in), in collaboration with our own approved and qualified staff. Our team includes certified site project managers who operate in full compliance with UK CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety, planning, and regulatory control.
