Topline pool awareness training is a specially
designed course to ensure your staff have a thorough
understanding of pool operating requirements.
Each course is held on site and covers both the theory
and practice of pool management. An interactive
course, it includes the use of the Topline pool training
DVD together with practical demonstrations. At the
end of each course a multiple choice questionnaire test
will be given. On passing this, each attendee will be issued
with a certificate of pool awareness competency.
With the high staff turnover that is traditional within the
leisure industry it is important that each facility has a
regular training programme. Well trained knowledgeable
