For your swimming pool and spa to operate
within guidelines it is vitally important that
all staff are thoroughly versed in the current
standards and practices legally required for
operating a commercial wet facility.
Topline offer ISRM pool plant courses, both the
one and three day ( See seperate data sheet)
and our own Topline course.
Whilst recognising the importance of an
industry approved course such as the one
available from thr ISRM, it was felt by some of
our customers that it was not always practical
to make staff available for courses not on site.
It was with this in mind that we have
developed a course that shares many of the
aims of the ISRM, but is available at the
convenience of the operator, at a time, location
and cost that suits them.
In order to maintain the highest standards, Topline reserves the right

The Topline course consists of a Powerpoint presentation
covering all fundamental areas of pool and spa operation:
 Filtration system
Chemical dosing
Routine testing
After the presentation there are practical excercises and
demonstrations all relating to the equipment used on site
The course is completed by a multiple choice
examination which is marked and certificated on the day
by the trainer.
Available to all attendees of the Topline course is a
comprehensive folder detailing everything covered on the
course. This folder will provide an invaluable guide to the
operator and can be used to store the operators other
reference material, such as Topline operating manuals
which are available to download from our web site at
www.topline.uk.net.
With the high staff turnover that is traditional within the
leisure industry we think it is important that each facility
has a regular training programme. Well trained
knowledgeable staff can help boost your facilities income
