TEC 3000 TEC 3000 - The future of chemical control. Topline have introduced a revolutionary intelligent chemical control system with the simplest operator control interface on the market. Conventional swimming pool control systems rely heavily upon information input by the operators for control with regular calibration, standardisation, re-testing and probe cleaning needed to keep it operating satisfactorily. The TEC 3000 learns and adjusts to the information obtained from it's own input. The operator only needs to know the levels needed to run their pool, any adjustments are made by one single button press. The user interface cannot be simpler as it is a Colour Touch Screen with 'Up', 'Down' and 'OK' buttons for each of of the chemicals being dosed. Click here for technical data The system is pre-programmed prior to installation with: Pool volume Pool turnover period Type of chemicals being dosed Concentration of chemicals being dosed Size of dosing pump dosing the chemical Once the system is installed and commissioned the unit will control the levels in the water by: Monitoring a three electrode amperometric cell Monitoring (Optional) Redox probe Monitoring pH probe Increasing the levels on the pressing of the 'UP'         button Maintaining the levels on the pressing of the 'OK'        button Decreasing the levels on the pressing of the 'Down'        button Learning the rate of response from probes during         normal operation and after the addition of         chemicals. Automatically adjust standardisation and calibration         after button presses and addition of chemicals Stop dosing in the event of no water flow to the         sample cell Stop dosing in the event of no chemical in the         storage tanks (Optional) Text fault conditions to a PC or mobile 'phones         (TEC 3000P) Summary The system is pre-programmed prior to installation and with this information the TEC 3000 will learn and control the chemical dosing in the conventional way via sensing probes as well as adjusting and re-calibrating/standardising automatically. The operator need only press a single button to change chemical levels in the pool or spa. These systems are suitable for domestic and light commercial water treatment applications.
